Red/Tibetan Mastiff/Male/3-5 months

A large fluffed out dog moved along the open wet land, his golden eyes spark with mirth. The mountain of a dog took his time with his tongue rolled out from the heat. Huffing in annoyance, Red plop down to the earth much to lazy to go on. He couldn't remember the last time he got to relax since coming to the area. His stomach rose and fell, taking quick pants the heat killing him.

Shifting his weight to his side, he allow his fluffy tail curl around his back legs. His golden gaze shifted from left to right enjoying the peace while it lasted. "Today is a good day to do absolutely nothing." He grunts with satisfaction. His rounded ears flickers to and fro as the melodies of the pond filled them. He didn't mind to much, it was almost soothing. Laying his massive head on his out stretched paws, a soft sigh escapes his maw. Completely relaxed. The soft breeze brush against his thick mane causing the annoying fur to get in his face.

Opal had been wading in the pond, causing her lower legs to drip, outputting water. The female padded up to Red, lowering her muzzle to his forehead. She gently scooped the fur that had blown into his face behind a crease of fluff. "Couldn't have put it better." She smiled, her ice orbs reflecting every single motion of the cattails swaying in the breeze.

She rocked backwards, sliding down with a soft plop as she landed next to her mate. Opal rested her cheek on Red's neck, her banner wrapping over her paws. She breathed the scent of the pond in, allowing the sun to slink into her back.

Red/Tibetan Mastiff/Male/3-5 months

His soft chuckles vibrated his chest, clearly amused by his mate. He waited patiently for her to get as comfortable as she could be before curling his tail around her smaller form. He nearly purred, enjoying her affection. He couldn't dream the life of a loner without her. With a silly grin, Red let his gaze flicker to her just now feeling something wet.

"Now now, what has my little fishy been up too?" His voice dripping with playful sarcasm." Don't tell me you been swimming with your fish family again." He added with a smirk, showing a bit of teeth even though the German Shepard couldn't see. Teasing the female was his favorite hobby. A hobby he was good at.

She let out a playful growl, blowing some of the fluff out of her face. "My fish family is great, thank you." Opal said before pausing for a moment, breathing in slowly. "You still smell like cheese." The female taunted with a smirk, pushing into Red with affection.

She yawned, stretching her fores far out in front of her so they rested on top of the tip of his tail. Opal closed her eyes for a moment, content.

Red/Tibetan Mastiff/Male/3-5 months

Red quickly pouted. He didn't see the problem in that. A slow smirk grace his features, showing evil intent. Licking his maw, the red dog begin to thrash around. In doing so rubbing all up on Opal, giving her his so called 'cheesy' scent. "Who smells like cheese now?" He purred, hopping to his paws knowing the female to well and the fury she would bring. With a lazy smirk, he stuck out his tongue, his mood changing from lazy content to playful pup. His tail curled in it's usual spot on his back as he stood over her form in all his fluffy glory. His golden eyes shine daring her.

Opal let out surprised bark, trying to roll away. She laughed, hitting one of his legs, eyes meeting his. The female attempted to glare, but it came out as more of a 'special' expression. "Fine, you win." She huffed, eyeing the edge of the pond, a devilish smile twisting onto her face.

She arched her back, swinging both of her legs against his, exerting all of her force onto them. A smirk lay stuck on her face, hoping that her plan to knock Red into a shallow ledge of the pond would work.

Red has the worst balance possible. For a dog his size, it was normal. So when she added extra force against his legs, he stumbled unable to catch himself and proceed to fall in the cold water. He let out a shock yelp caught off guard. The cool water imminently having an a wake up call effect on his already sluggish brain.

Blinking slowly, Red laid in the water taking it all in. His once dry fur now soak and wet making it harder to move being heavy. He huffs with a pout." So mean." The male whines playfully up at Opal all nice and dry on land. Standing up, his paws wad in the water. His once red fur turned dark brown, dragged behind him making him look quite pathetic. With a smirk Red stood next to Opal, and shook his fur. Water sprayed everywhere.

She couldn't help to laugh when she saw Red emerge, hair weighted down from the water. "I Like that look on you." Opal smirked, tail flicking playfully. The female yelped as he began to shake, transmitting the water over to her. She dove into a bundle of cattails, hoping to gain some coverage. The seeds stuck to her wet pelt instead, making her appear as some creature that happened to crawl out of the pond after a few years of hibernating. The fluffy seeds covered her entire face, causing her to stumble out rather blindly, shaking her head like crazy. Opal let out a frustrated huff, raising one paw to try to scrape off the fortress of fluff.

He chuckle softly, a soft smile on his muzzle. His eyes soften at the sight of his mate looking a mess. Moving towards her, Red pulled a few fluffy seeds off her face. "This look not so bad on you," He paused tilting his head more to reach behind her ear." But I think I like this look better." He smirked down at her now clean face. Leaning forward he rubbed his nose to her cheek, calming down from his sudden playful out burst.

Getting away from the noisy bipeds was a relief. Now alone, the fae calmly walked through the tall trunks, her head lifted as she admired the sunlight throught the wood obstacles, making everything so beautiful. Her paws softly sinking in the fallen leaves to once again move forward in a gracious step, followed by the slight movement of her hip and tail. The white brownish fur being softly messed as the breeze caress her small body.
The canid stopped as soon as the forest ended, her sight locked in the lagoon. Good. Fishes, uh? Well, well... she thought to herself, determined not to go back within the noisy humans. "Let's do it". She murmured, pacing ahead. Only then she noticed the couple of dogs a few meters to her right. She stared them for some seconds, then opening a half smile. "Sorry, I didn't mean to disturb you" she stated, turning her head to the pond before keep pacing towards it.

Opal grinned as red picked off the fluffy seeds one by one. Her tail curled around her paws before letting out a happy sigh from her mate's contact. The female licked his muzzle, banner thumping happily on the ground. She began to nibble on his neck before a voice stopped her.
Opal spun around quickly, facing the stray. She scanned it's motions, seeing it meant no harm except to catch some fish. The loner stepped forth a bit, so her flank was resting against Red's shoulder. "Hello there." Opal spoke, not really knowing what else to say. A soft smile spread across her face as she watched the female reach the water's edge.

Red closed his eyes, enjoying her gentle affections on his mane. He need to groom later, but the large dog didn't have the motivation to do so at the moment. The sound of another caine interrupted their little moment. Growling with annoyance, Red followed Opal's line of sight. What greeted him was another she dog moving along the pond looking for fish. He huffs with a small pout as Opal moved away from him to greet the female. Pushing himself into a sitting position, Red nips Opal flank playfully before giving the other stray dog his full attention. "Yo." He simply barked, lifting a leg up to scratch behind his ear.
